With a strong grasp of the local commercial real estate market and a passion for cultivating connections with tenants, Russ has been instrumental in guiding the growth of 4N. His responsibilities encompass property acquisitions, leasing, and overseeing general business operations. Russ is known for his hands-on approach, actively engaging in various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of properties.

Prior to his involvement in commercial real estate, he enjoyed a decade-long career in business and technology.

Born and raised in Seattle, Russ completed his education at the University of Washington, earning degrees in philosophy and mathematics.

Outside of work, Russ has constructed tiny homes for the Low Income Housing Institute and is currently serving on the University Prep Board. In his leisure time, he finds enjoyment in sailing, skiing, exploring different corners of the globe, and spending time with his family and friends.

Heather is engaged in a diverse range of tasks geared towards supporting the needs of the business and its tenants. Prior to 4N, she owned and managed an independent boutique hotel in the San Juan Islands. She also takes great pride in her previous role as an event producer, orchestrating large-scale music and arts events in Seattle for over a decade.
